Graduated in 1987 from the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

Alexey has 42 years of experience in the legal profession, of which 21 years in various positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and 21 years as a practicing attorney.

Having vast practical experience, he successfully represents clients in various categories of criminal cases, including defense in criminal cases involving economic crime, offenses against the person, against the state, against public safety and public order.
